Hope the weekend was great for you.

We’re back to strength today.

We’ve go a nice variety/odd object circuit for you.

Warm up with 2 round kettlebell warm up.

Here’s your circuit…

40 seconds rest/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds

Take one minute rest between each round

  • Overhead or racked walk
  • Rope or ladder climb , rope pull-up, or static hold
  • Static squat hold
  • Power Wheel or bear crawl, or PW variations
  • H2H swing or dead start DB or KB snatch (pull from the floor with no swing  and switch hands half way through)
