Increase the weight with each round.
Here are the intervals per round:
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
Workout:
- Renegade rows
- Med ball sit up/ V-sit (split up the interval between the two)
- 1 arm kettlebell swing R/L (split up the interval bewteen R/L sides)
- 1 arm kettlebell push press R/L (split up the interval bewteen R/L sides)
- Plank
- Walking lunge
