Four rounds

Increase the weight with each round.

Here are the intervals per round:

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15

Workout:

  • Renegade rows
  • Med ball sit up/ V-sit (split up the interval between the two)
  • 1 arm kettlebell swing R/L (split up the interval bewteen R/L sides)
  • 1 arm kettlebell push press R/L (split up the interval bewteen R/L sides)
  • Plank
  • Walking lunge

Renegade Dick is at again!  He just can’t get enough.

He contributes his chiseled/sculpted physique partially to the renegade row!

Since he is in his 70’s, he chooses to work with the 70’s.
