Thursday Strength Flow

On this day of strength at The Training Room, we will be attacking the Thursday strength flow like it’s our job!

The object is to move through this non-stop, performing each of 5 movements for 1 minute.

Therefore, each round will be 5 minutes in length.

Here are the 5 movements in the flow…

  • Swing, clean or snatch
  • Press, push up, or Hindu push up
  • Alternate leg reverse lunge
  • 1 arm row or renegade row
  • Plank choice

We will take a 1 minute rest between each round and complete 4 total rounds of the flow.

After 4 rounds, we will do a 5th round that will look like this:

  • Kettlebell curl
  • Side step or skater
  • Kettlebell tricep extension
  • Side plank
  • Cardio
