Minimal equipment, just you and your kettlebell!
30 second intervals of each movement non-stop on the Gym Boss Timer.

We will take a 1:30 rest between each round and will complete 6 rounds.
Grab a kettlebell and stay in one area of the room. This is a great workout for home as well.
