Work/rest intervals look like this…

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15,
  5. 20/10

Here’s the circuit…

  • Burpee, squat thrust, slam or sledge
  • Skaters or lateral steps/agilities
  • Row
  • Bike
  • Versa climb or Jumping jacks
  • Ski erg or jump rope
