The Wednesday Strength Flow

Slowing things down just a little bit with this mid week strength flow.

It seemed like all of us had some fun with Tuesday’s twenty minute blaster!

Back to strength for Wednesday with a nice flow that covers ALL the bases!

Here’s what it looks like…

4 rounds of the following flow (do each for 30 seconds)

Do one side, then the other (both sides_1 round)

  • Cleans or single leg deadlift
  • Press choice
  • Split squat
  • 1 arm rows
  • ab choice

Repeat other side!

Here’s the finisher

20/10 x 5 rounds (10 super sets)

Pick any 2 cardio exercises and do 5 sets on each!
