Here’s today’s workout.

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest of the following movements for 8 rounds

Alternate with a partner

You do 8 rounds then your partner goes.

This should be maximum effort.

  • row
  • ski or versa, battling ropes
  • bike
  • shuttle run, Jump rope, Double unders or sprint in place

Again…this needs to be max effort, if not 4 min recovery will feel to long.
