Double kettlebell strength training charges me up!

I don’t know about you, but double kettlebell strength workouts get me all charged up!

This type of training feels great while I’m doing it, and cranks up my energy level for the rest of the day!

Here’s what I did today.

Extended Jump squats 10
See saw presses 5/5
Renegade Rows 5/5
Racked reverse lunges 5/5

Double Kettlebell and Body Weight Hell

Here’s a nasty little workout I did yesterday using double kettlebell and body weight movements.

20 seconds of work at each movement non-stop.

I used 9 movements of 20 seconds each for a total of 3 minutes work.

Take 1 minute rest and do 6 rounds total.

Double kettlebell swings
Double kettlebell burpees
Double kettlebell snatches
Mountain climbers
Double kettlebell Jerks
