Hey Training Room family!
Wednesday’s kettlebell training session will be a combination of both strength and conditioning.
Each kettlebell movement will be executed for one minute (30 seconds on each side).
You will flow through this strength and conditioning circuit and try not to set down the bell until the you get to the plank.
The total work in one round will be 5 minutes.
Use a moderate weight…
Something that will not completely smoke you and that you can perform all of your sets with great technique.
You will rest for 1 minute between rounds and complete 5 rounds of this.
- Cleans 30/30
- Press 30/30
- Squat 30/30
- Row 30/30
- Walkout or Plank variation 60 sec
