The goal for Wednesday is to slow the movement down, but don’t stop moving over 1 minute of time.
Descending Recovery Conditioing Circuit
Monday’s workout will be a combination of both strength and conditioning.
Ladder from 1-5 or 2-10 and repeat for 12 minutes of each alternating between movements
