Tuesday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room and we will be bringing you ladder conditioning intervals (ladder down variety)

Training single limb exercises consistently with help to balance out the body.
Tuesday is a strength focus and we will doing a little combo with some pull and push strength plus conditioning.
