Wednesday is conditioning day and we’ve got a split session for you.

This means we’ll be giving you two short conditioning workouts to complete.

Here’s the first one!

Pick one item and complete 10 sets of 1 minute of work with 1 minute rest.

You will have your choice of:

  • row
  • bike
  • ski erg
  • versa climb
  • jump rope
  • run

When you are done with this, rest for a minute or 2 and then complete the following…

10/8/6/4/2 reps of these movements as fast as possible one time through as a circuit.

  • Swings
  • 1/2 burpees
  • Drop squats
  • Mountain Climbers
