Monday we we will repeat the last 4 week training block.

We will start things out with basic strength.

Heavy Basics + Finisher= Smart Training

30/40 x 5 rounds

  • Any Deadlift
  • Floor or OH press (any)
  • Pull-ups or Heavy rows
  • ABS
  • Easy cardio

Finisher…

5 minutes of your choice:

  • Snatch
  • long cycle
  • 100 calories cardio choice for advanced
  • 80 calories novice
