Monday we we will repeat the last 4 week training block.
We will start things out with basic strength.
Here it is…
Heavy Basics + Finisher= Smart Training
30/40 x 5 rounds
- Any Deadlift
- Floor or OH press (any)
- Pull-ups or Heavy rows
- ABS
- Easy cardio

5 minutes of your choice:
- Snatch
- long cycle
- 100 calories cardio choice for advanced
- 80 calories novice
