One last beach workout before heading home.

Here's an example of a nice efficient body weight workout that can be done while on vacation.

All you'll need to find is a place to do pull ups. 

Pull ups off the top of the swing set are very challenging.

If you have difficulty with pull ups, you could also use the swing set for body weight rows similar to ring rows.

I'm getting on the plane in a few hours.
