30/30 x 5 rounds

  • Any upper body pull
  • Any squat variation
  • Any upper body press
  • Any lower body pull( hip bridge, super mans, bird dogs etc)
  • ab choice
  • Easy cardio

Finisher: 500 meters row or ski (go hard!)

For better core work…create more tension and more difficulty in your side plank.
