We’ve go a strength and conditioning combo for you Saturday.

Here’s what we’re doing…

Strength / Conditioning Hybrid

Intervals…

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20

Here’s your circuit:

  • 1 arm ring rows
  • bike
  • high box step-ups
  • row
  • push-up plank or Hindu push ups
  • Jump rope, jumping jacks or run
  • Ab choice
  • Ski or squat thrust

1 min rest between circuits
