Here’s the workout for Monday!

Classic Training Room Conditioning Triplets…

20/20/20 seconds for 3 rounds (non-stop) of each triplet with a 1 minute rest between each

Triplet 1 (3 minutes)

  • kettlebell snatch or single arm swing (right)
  • Kettlebell snatch or single arm swing (left)
  • Mountain climb or sit through

Rest

Triplet 2 (3 minutes)

  • Kettlebell high pull
  • Squat press
  • Jumping jacks, jump rope, skaters etc..

Rest

Triplet 3 (3 minutes)

  • Drop squat
  • Half burpee or tuck
  • Ab choice

Repeat 1 more time!

Finish with 1 time through of the entire 9 movements non-stop (3 minutes)
