Todays training: Kettlebell skill work

Warm up: 

Turkish getups for 5 minutes, switching hands with each rep. Keep your eye in the bell the entire time!
Start with a lighter bell and work up to a heavier bell and do:

5  one arm jerks r/l (focus on technique)

5 snatches r/l

5 swings r/l

Do this for 3 rounds with 30 seconds to a minute rest beween rounds,  then get a heavier bell and repeat two more times.  Use three different bells for the entire workout.  Any questions, shoot me an email  [email protected] or leave a comment below.
