Today we’ll be doing a crowd favorite…

Warm up with tow round circuit that will look like this.

20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 2 rounds

  • ring rows
  • squats
  • push ups
  • kettlebell swings
  • jumping jacks or jump rope
  • bicycles
Here are your work/rest intervals for the workout: Take 1 minute rest between rounds except for rounds 4 and 5. Do the last 2 rounds non stop.
  • round 1: 30/25
  • round 2: 30/20
  • round 3: 25/15
  • rounds 4 and 5 20/10 x 2

The circuit will look like this

  • High-pull
  • slamball or sledge hammer;
  • agility ladder
  • wall-ball
  • box jumps or drop squats
  • squat thrust( no jump)
  • jump-rope or jacks
  • mt. climbers or sit-outs
