Today we’ll be doing a crowd favorite…
Warm up with tow round circuit that will look like this.
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 2 rounds
- ring rows
- squats
- push ups
- kettlebell swings
- jumping jacks or jump rope
- bicycles
Here are your work/rest intervals for the workout: Take 1 minute rest between rounds except for rounds 4 and 5. Do the last 2 rounds non stop.
- round 1: 30/25
- round 2: 30/20
- round 3: 25/15
- rounds 4 and 5 20/10 x 2
The circuit will look like this
- High-pull
- slamball or sledge hammer;
- agility ladder
- wall-ball
- box jumps or drop squats
- squat thrust( no jump)
- jump-rope or jacks
- mt. climbers or sit-outs
