10 Rounds of 10 reps.

  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Push ups
  3. Reverse lunges (holding your ball and alternating legs)
  4. Pull ups or ring rows
  5. Sit ups

Go through circuit style.

Rest as needed.

Go as heavy as possible.

Of coarse, use good technique.
