2010 Interval Couplets

Hey Training Room friends!

Since last week we started our week with a strength session, we will be kicking this week off with a conditioning session: 2010 Interval couplets!

ALL sessions are well thought out and done for a purpose!

Here’s what we’re doing Monday…

20/10 x 10 sets

Couplet 1: 5 rounds

  • Ski erg
  • kettlebell swing

Rest 1:30

Couplet 2: 5 rounds 

  • Jump rope, jumping jacs, or Shuttle run
  • Slam bal or squat thrusts

Rest 1:30

Couplet 3: 5 rounds 

  • Bike
  • Pull-ups (jumping or feet down assisted)

Rest 1:30

Repeat.
