25 Minute Body Weight Strength

Hey Training Room family!

Thursday is a 25 minute body weight strength session.

We hope most of your were able to log on and follow our very first LIVE training session!

We are keeping this site password protected for our members ONLY!

It’s a work in progress, so your patience is appreciated.

Please let us know if anyone needs to pick up bells so we can arrange that.

Many of you have asked to borrow rowers and bikes and we wish we could accommodate people, but there just aren’t enough to go around.and it wouldn’t be fair.

After this crazy week is over, we will look at some outdoor training options such as trail runs, courtyard, beach etc…

This sucks, but we have to roll with it!

Here’s your 25 minute strength session:

Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes 

  • 10 push-ups or dips/bench dips
  • 5/5 pistols or assisted/box pistols (video)
  • 10 ring rows (if you have them or use your kettlebell for rows) or 5 pull-ups
  • 10 supermans or Hip bridges (video)
  • 10 or 5 Ab choice

Finisher: 5 rounds AFAP

  • 10 squat thrusts
  • 20 Jacks or 40 JR
  • 10 air/drop squats or 5 deck squats
  • 20 JR or 40 JJ’s
  • 10 Sit throughs
  • 20 JJ’s or 40 JR
