25 Minute Body Weight Strength
Hey Training Room family!
Thursday is a 25 minute body weight strength session.
We hope most of your were able to log on and follow our very first LIVE training session!
We are keeping this site password protected for our members ONLY!
It’s a work in progress, so your patience is appreciated.
Please let us know if anyone needs to pick up bells so we can arrange that.
Many of you have asked to borrow rowers and bikes and we wish we could accommodate people, but there just aren’t enough to go around.and it wouldn’t be fair.
After this crazy week is over, we will look at some outdoor training options such as trail runs, courtyard, beach etc…
This sucks, but we have to roll with it!

From now on, we will be posting all of the live feeds on this page (below) and also looking to add an exercise index at some point as things evolve.
The workout will go LIVE again on Thursday at 7 AM!
We don’t want anyone to miss anything!
Here’s your 25 minute strength session:
Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes
- 10 push-ups or dips/bench dips
- 5/5 pistols or assisted/box pistols (video)
- 10 ring rows (if you have them or use your kettlebell for rows) or 5 pull-ups
- 10 supermans or Hip bridges (video)
- 10 or 5 Ab choice
Finisher: 5 rounds AFAP
- 10 squat thrusts
- 20 Jacks or 40 JR
- 10 air/drop squats or 5 deck squats
- 20 JR or 40 JJ’s
- 10 Sit throughs
- 20 JJ’s or 40 JR

Hey Training Room Team,
I enjoyed an awesome workout at 8:45 a.m. this morning!! I played my own music!! This is an excellent option during tough times. I miss the group setting but in the meantime this is great.

What would you say the finishing time for the finisher would be?
Just wrapped up and curious was the average goal would be!

Omg! I did five rounds! Not five minutes! I that is how I understood what is written above: Finisher: 5 rounds AFAP
No wonder I’m crazy sore today! It took me 19mins! I thought maybe we are just upping the at home game…as I knew it didn’t fall within the regular timing sequence!
