Today’s workout requires minimal to zero equipment.

Start out with joint mobility and two rounds of 20/20 circuit warm up.

We will give you a few levels and options in this workout.

BTW, this would be a great back yard or beach workout.

Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes or these body weight movements.

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups-20
  • Mountain climbers or sit through-20
  • Jumping jacks-50 or Jump rope-100 revs or double unders-25
  • Power v sit-20
  • Air squat-20 or drop squat 20 or Box jump-20
  • 1/2 burpee-20
