Let’s get STRONG, have a few laughs and shake out the mid week cobwebs!
Here are your Intervals:
30 work/ 30 light cardio or abs x30 sets (that’s 10 rounds):
- Snatch, swing, clean, broad jump, or supermans / JR or JJs
- Pushups, Hindus, downdog push ups, push-Press / run in place, step ups
- Long Cycle, rows, pull-ups / cardio choice
Strength Couplets:
30 work / 20 rest x 5 rounds
Couplet 1:
- Push-up
- row choice (1 arm row, ring row)
Couplet 2:
- Squat choice
- Hamstring curl or hip bridge
Couplet 3:
- Ab Choice 1 (side bends, grave diggers, windmills, bicycles with rotation)
- Ab Choice 2 (mountain climbers with rotation, crawling with spine movement… )
*Couplet 4:
- Cardio choice 1
- Cardio choice 2
*30/30 no rest on cardio or 5 rounds 30 hard/ 30 easy*
