Here’s the circuit

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Battling ropes of mountain climbers
  3. Star jumps or 20 yard shuttle run
  4. D-ball thrusters
  5. kettlebell high pulls
  6. Half burpees

Because of the lightning storm this morning, did star jumps instead of shuttle runs.
