- Complete all 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement.
- Take one minute rest between stations.
- Take the 15 seconds rest between left and right (L/R)
- Go as heavy as possible.
- Full lockout overhead of all snatches and push presses with a slight pause at the top.
- Use the straps for assisted pistols
Movements:
- Kettlebell Snatch R/L
- Kettlebell push press R/L
- Pistols (assisted) or Box lunges R/L
- Knees to chest/Med ball sit and reach
