8 rounds at each station
15 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest for 8 rounds at each station(Use the Gym Boss)

  • Complete all 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement.
  • Take one minute rest between stations.
  • Take the 15 seconds rest between left and right (L/R)
  • Go as heavy as possible.
  • Full lockout overhead of all snatches and push presses with a slight pause at the top.
  • Use the straps for assisted pistols

Movements:

  1. Kettlebell Snatch R/L
  2. Kettlebell push press R/L
  3. Pistols (assisted) or Box lunges R/L
  4. Knees to chest/Med ball sit and reach
