It’s a great day for a little HIIT (high intensity interval training) to burn off some of the extra calories from this weekend.
We’ll be teaming up for this one.
If you are coming in to The Training Room this morning, we will be doing this workout in teams of three people
Run,Row,Ski or Bike 250 meter intervals. On the Air Dyne bike, you will do 0.3 mile intervals.
Alternate with your teammates and perform 250 meter intervals (max effort)
If you are doing this solo at home or in the gym, you will take 2 minutes or rest between each 250 meter interval.
Perform 250 meters for 10 sets each while maintaining your pace throughout.
