Balance out the body

Training single limb exercises consistently with help to balance out the body.

This type of training can be done with both kettlebells and dumbbells.

Use what ever you prefer, but it’s always a good idea to try out new things or things that put you out of your comfort zone.

This is how we improve both physically and mentally.

For example…

If you are used to using dumbbells, then try out kettlebell movements (and vice versa).

On Thursday, we will be hitting all the crucial areas with a single limb strength circuit.

In true Training Room fashion, there will be a conditioning finisher that you should NOT skip out on if you know what’s good for you!

Here’s your strength circuit…

60/30 x 4 rounds

Perform each side for 30 seconds (R/L) and then rest for 30 seconds.
