This was a good one.

5 basic movements, but very physically demanding and seemed to complement each other.

I did 5 rounds total of 30 seconds work/15 seconds rest using a $20 GymBoss Timer

  • kettlebell swings
  • battling ropes
  • box jumps
  • airdyne sprints
  • burpees

I took a minute rest between rounds.
