Mixing it up a bit today.

Start out with some joint mobility, then do a 2 round 20/20 circuit warm up.

Today we will use bands, med balls and body weight movements. We’ll also throw in some agility movements.

This will be a 30 minute circuit.

We’ll do 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes non-stop through the circuit.

Here are the stations

  • Band swimmers
  • Wall ball or med ball thrusters
  • Sprint in place or jump rope
  • kneeling slam ball
  • hoop hops
  • Russian twist with or without med ball

Have fun with this and mix up the hoop variations, use your imagination.
