25 Minute Body Weight Challenge

Training Room family Friday brings us a body weight challenge!

Friday is a challenge day and we realize that many of you don’t have cardio equipment, so we will have to get creative especially if you are not a runner!

If you do have a rower or bike, you can use them!

25 Minute Body Weight Challenge

  • 250 cardio, 125 jump rope revolutions, 60 jacks or any type of step or march in place
  • 20 steps, walking or reverse lunges
  • 15 Mountain climbers, sliding climbers with spinal movement, shoulder taps
  • 10 hip hinges, light deadlifts kettlebell high pulls,squat jumps or low box jumps
  • 5 squat presses or half burpees
