  1. Pistol R or Split Squat R
  2. Pistol L or Split Squat L
  3. Push-ups
  4. 1arm Row R
  5. 1Arm Row L
  6. AB Choice

Here’s Thursday’s Finisher:

15/15 x5 rounds (MAX EFFORT)

  • Swings
  • Squat Thrust, Burpees, Slam, Ski or Inertia
