  • Round 1: 60/30 (seconds W/R)
  • Round 2: 50/25
  • Round 3: 40/20
  • Round 4 30/15

Here’s the circuit: Modify to your need…

  1. Run or step up
  2. Jump rope or jumping jacks
  3. Rower
  4. Bike
  5. Ski erg/squat thrust

Take one minute rest between rounds
