- Round 1: 60/30 (seconds W/R)
- Round 2: 50/25
- Round 3: 40/20
- Round 4 30/15
Here’s the circuit: Modify to your need…
- Run or step up
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- Rower
- Bike
- Ski erg/squat thrust
Take one minute rest between rounds
