We will be doing 2 separate conditioning circuits to get you all charged up!
Let’s go right to the workou.
Circuit A will look like this….
40 seconds of work with a 20 second rest for 3 rounds
- Skaters or lateral step overs
- Slams, squat thrust
- Jump rope, jacks or low impact cardio (ski, row)
- Body weight squat options
- Med ball twist or Bulgarian bag
Circuit B: 40 seconds of work with a 20 second rest for 3 rounds
- quick steps or agilities
- Battle ropes or Inertia wave
- Bike or run
- Swings, jumps, hinges
- crawl or shoulder taps
Rest 1 minute between each round.
