  • Inertia wave
  • Bike

Triplet 2

  • Ski
  • Step up choice
  • Slam

Triplet 3

  • Push-press (kettlebells, dumbbells, med ball, landmine)
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag
  • Versa climb, jumping jacks or jump rope
