Week 6 Freestyle Strength
Let’s start another productive Training Room week and YEAR out with a fun freestyle strength session.
This is week 6 of out 8 week training block just in case you were wondering.
We will be prepping for the Fit 25 Challenge coming up on January 27!

There’s a lot of planning to do for this event!
Tuesday Freestyle Strength!
Take this opportunity to go outside the comfort zone and work on some things that you may NOT be good at or to EVEN try something new.
This rather large and well rounded circuit will cover ALL the areas that need to be covered.
We will do this as a stationary circuit, so grab whatever gear you need and stay in one area.
Here’s what it looks like…
The first round will be a warm up round.
45/15 x 4 rounds (stationary)

- Swing or hinge choice
- Push-up choice
- Goblet or racked squat
- Twist choice
- Superman’s, bird dogs or hip bridges
- Row/pull choice
- Lunge choice
- Plank choice (low,high,side,shoulder taps,drags, sliders, power wheel)
- Kettlebell curl
- Cardio (run in place, skaters, jump rope, squat thrusts etc.)
