Here’s a Jersey Shore Classic
"Follow the Leader"
One person starts and the rest follow behind doing 30 seconds of work(Gymboss Timer) at each station with NO rest between. There will be 1:30 rest between rounds and we will complete 5 rounds of this workout.
- Burpees or mountain climbers
- Kettlebell swings
- Db or Mb thrusters
- Kettlebell highpull
- Slam ball
- Jumping pull ups
