"Follow the Leader"

One person starts and the rest follow behind doing 30 seconds of work(Gymboss Timer) at each station with NO rest between.  There will be 1:30 rest between rounds and we will complete 5 rounds of this workout.

  • Burpees or mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Db or Mb thrusters
  • Kettlebell highpull
  • Slam ball
  • Jumping pull ups
