Friday conditioning…

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

60 second work/30 seconds rest for 4 rounds…

Here is the circuit:

  • row
  • plank or push-up plank
  • Shuttle run or run around the building (if you are fast as Vending Machine Dean) or quick step-ups
  • kettlebell swings 30 seconds, slam ball 30 seconds (split it up)
  • Bike,ski, or versa climber
  • Russian twist 30 seconds / crab toe 30 seconds (split it up)
