Try out some of the advanced options today.
30 minute strength and conditioning circuit:
30 seconds work/3o seconds rest for 30 minutes of:
- Tire flip or walking lunge(with kettlebell or sand bag)
- Walkouts/Power wheel walks or inch worms (your choice)
- Heavy kettlebell swings
- Ring push ups or regular push ups or dips
- Rope climb, modified rope climb or ring rows
You can certainly modify this one for your home.
