Wednesday is Conditioning Day!

Did you know that we offer memberships for EVERYONE?  We have options ranging from Unlimited Classes to 2 Classes per Week.  Over the years we have expanded from our classic Strength and Conditioning Classes to offer classes and programs for kids, athletes, seniors, injury recovery, beginners and everyone in-between.  We are going to be offering more options in the next couple months including Accountability and Individualized Goal Setting.  If this is something you or someone you know would be interested learning more about, leave a comment below or let us know during class!

Pick 3 Cardiovascular Exercises

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Sled
  • Kettlebell Sport (Clean & Press, Snatches, Push Presses)
  • Bodyweight (Burpees, Squat Thrusts, Low Fast Steps)

Time to get your Heart Pumping!  Work hard enough so that you need the rest after each interval.  Try to maintain (or improve) your speed as you ladder down!  Most importantly Have Fun!
