Hope you all had a blast this weekend.
It”s that time of the year where we start to do some cool stuff on the weekends such as mountain biking and surfing.
We will be venturing out on Sundays in the fall and winter so make sure you like us on facebook to be kept in the loop.
The Milkman and I will also be starting up Adventure Sundays!
Adventure Sunday will include early morning training sessions at different locations each time.
For example, we may go out to the beach, bike trails, or some random park on 24 hours notice.
Anyone who signs up for this will be expected to have a ruck sack or some type of back pack.
We will be training out in the elements. so you will need appropriate clothing as well.
Make sure to get on our email list so on the main page of our website you can be updated on events such as this.
That seems to be the best way to get the word out.
We will start off the week with a nice simple challenge workout.
Warm up with a nice simple circuit warm up.
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 2 rounds of the following:
- Ring rows
- Body weight squats/drop squats
- push ups/half burpees
- Shuttle run or rower
- kettlebell swings
Here”s your challenge…
5 rounds as fast as possible
- 500 meter run, row or ski
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 20 burpees
