Pick you poison!

You can row, ski erg or run or Air Dyne on this one.

Warm up with some joint mobility and then a circuit warm up that include the modality of your choice listed above.

Partner up, or go solo.

If you are working with a partner, you will alternate with each interval on the rower, ski erg, bike or run.

Here are the intervals:

  1. Set 1: 250 meters x 4
  2. Set 2: 500 meters x 3
  3. Set 3: 750 meters x2

If  you are solo, rest for the amount of time it took you to complete the work.
