Interval Ladders for Conditioning
Tuesday is a conditioning focus and we have a nice 6 station conditioning circuit lined up (interval ladders).
As usual, we will be using a combination of body weight movements, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls and cardio gear for your conditioning pleasure.
Your intervals per round will look like this…
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
- 20/10
Conditioning circuit
- Jump pulls or band pulls
- Mountain climbers or crawls
- High pulls
- Drop squats. air squats or squat jumps
- Squat thrusts or slam
- Cardio choice ( bike, ski, versa, or run)
