Interval Ladders for Conditioning

Tuesday is a conditioning focus and we have a nice 6 station conditioning circuit lined up (interval ladders).

As usual, we will be using a combination of body weight movements, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls and cardio gear for your conditioning pleasure.

Your intervals per round will look like this…

  • 60/30
  • 50/25
  • 40/20
  • 30/15
  • 20/10

Conditioning circuit

  • Jump pulls or band pulls 
  • Mountain climbers or crawls
  • High pulls
  • Drop squats. air squats or squat jumps
  • Squat thrusts or slam
  • Cardio choice ( bike, ski, versa, or run)
