Here’s your strength circuit…

Make Maker 30/30 circuit x 6 rounds

  • Renegage Row, modified or 1 arm row with / a push-up
  • cleans, high pulls, or dead lift options
  • Squat press  (squat or just press)

Rest 2-3 minutes

THEN…

Finish with 5 x 250 meter cardio choice alternating with a partner or resting for the amount of time it took you to complete the 250.
