Jim's Saturday Soaker
Mixing it up with bells, bands, balls, and body weight!

5 rounds of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest at each couplet.  Stay at the couplet for 5 rounds until complete.  Take one minute of rest between each couplet.

  • Pull ups/band shoulder press
  • Kettlebell front squats/kettlebell swings
  • Ring rows/push ups or power push ups
  • Back extension/ med ball sit and reach
