Sorry about the late post, I’m in Philly right now at the NATA Conference (National Athletic Trainers) trying to absorb knowledge.
I fell 8 reps short of winning a TRX in the atomic push up challenge. I had to do 40 atomic push ups, which I was able to do, followed up by 40 body weight rows. I fell short on the rows.
Go figure!
I thought for sure I would get the rows due to the amount of pull ups I do, but it’s a totally different movement, and no cheating was allowed on either movement.
At least I won a TRX t shirt.
So people, don’t think that ring rows are the easy way out in a workout.
Here’s today’s workout:
Circuit through 10 sets of 10 of
- kettlebell snatch 5/5
- regular or hindu push ups 10
- ring rows or pull ups
- v sits
This will hit everything.
Go as heavy as possible!
