Since we crushed the legs yesterday, we’ll give them a little break today.

We’ll start out with joint mobility and move on to our kettlebell warm up.

Today we’ll focus on more strength/endurance and kettlebell technique.

Set up two separate couplets and do 20 seconds of work/20 seconds rest for 8 rounds at each one.

We’ll rest for one minute between each couplet.

Couplet 1

  • Kettlebell Long Cycle (clean and jerk) right
  • Kettlebell Long Cycle (clean and jerk) left

Couplet 2

  • Pull ups, ring pull ups, assisted pull ups or assisted ring pull ups (take your pick)
  • Swing set, TRX, or Power Wheel knees to chest

This can be a great playground or home workout with the right set up. You don’t need a fancy TRX, a simple swing set works just fine and is very easy to get into.
