Going heavy today.

Start out with joint mobility and then move on to basic kettlebell movements to warm up.

Today you will have a choice of two different strength formats.

You can do 5 sets of 5 reps with a partner, or 8-12 sets of 3 reps with a partner.

If you don’t have a partner, you can always circuit through this one.

Here are the movements:

  • Double kettlebell front squat
  • Double kettlebell overhead press (strict)
  • Pullups (body weight, assisted or weighted)
  • Slow swing set or TRX hamstring curls (5 count)
  • Slow ab mat sit ups (5 count)

Take your time going through this one and push the weights as heavy as you can.
