I hit the surf today for over 2 hours. The weather was rainy crappy, but the ocean was like glass with some nice sets coming in.
Yesterdays workout
- kettlebell clean and press ladders (28kgs) 4(1,2,3)
- weighted pull ups (24kgs) 4(1,2,3)
Finished up with a 6 round conditioning circuit of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest using the GymBoss
- kettlebell swings 36kgs
- burpees
- weighted jump rope
The goal was to maintain 13 swings and 10 burpees throughout.
