Classic Training Room Court Yard Conditioning!

Let’s go!

Wake up with some joint mobility and a two round circuit warm up.

We’ll do four rounds of conditioning with descending work and rest intervals.

Round 1: 30/25
Round 2: 30/20
Round 3: 25/15
Round 4: 20/10

The Circuit:

  • Battling ropes
  • kettlebell clean and squat or drop squat
  • agility ladder drills
  • push ups or plyo push ups
  • kettlebell high pulls
  • slam ball or sledge hammer
  • jump rope or jumping jacks
  • alternate band rows
